Abstract
This study explores the relationship between corporate integrity, ethical leadership, and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) in Malaysian companies, highlighting the mediating role of ethical climate. OCB, essential for organisational success, involves employees voluntarily exceeding their job requirements, yet fostering it remains a challenge. By examining how corporate integrity and ethical leadership influence OCB through the lens of ethical climate, the research aims to provide insights from a corporate governance perspective. Utilising a quantitative, cross-sectional approach with 215 respondents from various Malaysian companies, data will be collected via an electronic survey. This study seeks to enhance understanding of how to promote ethical leadership and OCB, offering valuable implications for organisational policies and practices
