Abstract
This Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) report provides a comprehensive overview of the sustainability initiatives and performance metrics of Bee Hiang for the year 2023. It is structured around the core pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance practices, reflecting their commitment to integrating sustainable principles into their business operations and strategic decisions. In the environmental domain, the report details Bee Hiang’s efforts in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, enhancing energy efficiency, and managing waste through innovative recycling programs. It highlights their achievements in lowering carbon footprint and strategies for energy diversification that aim to mitigate risks associated with volatile energy costs and supply chain sustainability. From a social perspective, the report examines Bee Hiang’s practices in occupational health and safety, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.
