Abstract
This research aims to seek a better understanding of the construct of user satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) users. This study examines the relationship between new features adoption, technological advancement, system quality and user satisfaction among individuals employed in professional or related roles within all commercial corporations or audit firms in Malaysia. A total of 100 sample sizes were gathered for this research using online questionnaire surveys and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the data. The results of this research confirmed that the new features adoption, technological advancement, and system quality have significantly positive relationships on user satisfaction of individuals employed in professional or related roles within all commercial corporations or audit firms in Malaysia. The outcome of this research would be valuable for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia to consider whether they should invest in high-quality AIS systems to maximise user satisfaction by adopting new features and leveraging technological advancements effectively. This research is also beneficial to researchers as the findings of this research could be a foundation for further studies to seek other relevant information and knowledge of user satisfaction
