Abstract
In the current era, web applications have become an essential part of our daily life. Web applications can help people to solve the daily problems they have faced everyday. For example, like searching for information and entertainment. In this Final Year Project, I would like to use these chances to create a web application that can benefit our internet users. With this, my topic of the Final Year Project is the Online Issues Reporting Web Applications. The purpose of we develop this web application is to help the community to solve the problem that is occurring in the community. The resident might face the situation where they have a problem or complaint on the facility in the community but are not able to. As the solution, our project can help to address the problem as a platform for them to report the issues. The modules included in the project are issues reporting, advertisement, issues category, maintenance staff task assignment, donation, and account. The methodology used in this project is Software Development Methodology. It is a methodology of developing the project in a part to part such as a milestone. The testing has been conducted in the projects are unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. As a result, the web application is able to solve the problem that is faced by the community. It still has some limitations such as not able to display maintenance staff task data in the calendar format
