Abstract

"SPORT CONNECT" is an innovative web application created to solve the challenges involved in managing sports complex facilities. This project's major goal is to simplify the process of scheduling and booking facilities while providing an exhaustive solution to the problems that currently exist in this field. The project aims to improve user experience and interaction in sports facilities with features like reward points, user-specific chat platforms, and the ability to create private activities. The project's scope includes a wide range of functionalities, such as point-based rewards, user engagement tools, and facility management. Agile development techniques have been applied methodologically, making use of Laravel and MySQL among other tools to guarantee the software's adaptability and effectiveness. Comprehensive testing standards have been used to evaluate the system's functioning, user experience, and security, among other elements. The results show how well the system functions to simplify facility management while also pointing out areas that could use improvement in the future. In conclusion, "SPORT CONNECT" represents an advance in encouraging user involvement, improving sports complex operations, and providing a customized response to facility management issues
