Abstract

This research paper examined the relationship between organisation justice—namely distributive justice (DJ), procedural justice (PJ), interpersonal justice (IPJ), and informational justice (IFJ) and corporate financial performance in Malaysia, with a specific focus on knowledge-sharing aspects. It aimed to address existing gaps by investigating the effects of organisation justice on corporate financial performance and the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The analysis employed SPSS to examine the positive relationships among organisation justice, corporate financial performance, and knowledge sharing. The findings indicated that higher levels of organisation justice were associated with greater willingness to engage in knowledge sharing, which, in turn, enhanced corporate financial performance. The study revealed a strong relationship between organisation justice and knowledge sharing and mediating effect of knowledge sharing on corporate financial performance. The research was grounded in the theoretical frameworks of social capital theory and social exchange theory, providing valuable theoretical implications. From a practical perspective, the findings underscore the importance of fostering knowledge management practices and promoting organisation justice within organisations to enhance overall performance. This research contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of organisation justice, knowledge sharing and corporate financial performance, offering valuable insights for both academia and practitioners. Keywords: knowledge sharing, organisation justice, organisation performance
