Abstract

This project aims to create a scalable project management application that is initially designed for students but can also be adapted for use by businesses. The main goal is to provide a simple yet powerful task management system that uses AI for recommendations, advanced search, and sorting features. The system integrates technologies like Laravel, Vue.js, Vuetify, and OpenAI APIs to provide a comprehensive user experience. Firebase is used for real-time updates, while IoT technologies are explored for better interaction with the application. Throughout development, I focused on building a system that would be secure, user-friendly, and capable of supporting the dynamic needs of both students and enterprises. The application also aims to give students free access to AI features, making it unique in terms of its capabilities. Testing was carried out across various areas, including functionality, security, and performance, ensuring that the system was both reliable and efficient. However, there were some limitations, such as the inability to update profile pictures and usernames in real time, as well as the failure to implement custom layouts and subtask management within the project’s time constraints. Additionally, while OpenAI’s APIs were used for AI functionalities, there are plans to develop a custom AI model in the future. Overall, despite the challenges faced during development, the project achieved its main objectives, and valuable lessons were learned about time management and preparation. Going forward, there is potential for further improvements and additions to enhance the system’s capabilities.
