Abstract

This project proposes the development of an Online Learning Materials Management System aimed at addressing the challenges faced by TAR UMT students in accessing the learning materials efficiently and affordably. The current process in TAR UMT which relies on class representatives and external printing services often results in time-consuming and additional financial burdens to the students. By creating a centralized online platform and providing a central collection point on campus, the students can directly obtain the copyrighted and university-specific curriculum learning materials, bypassing the need for class representatives and external printing services, this solution aims to streamline the process and provide students with the study materials without delays. The system will prioritize accessibility and affordability to ensure that all students have equal opportunity to acquire the necessary resources for their academic success. The project focuses on tailored content, direct accessibility, and affordability, providing TAR UMT students with a streamlined and cost-effective alternative compared to existing systems, thereby promising a more convenient and satisfactory experience and ensuring timely access to essential study materials for TAR UMT students. Therefore, the project stands out by offering an exclusive and efficient platform, directly meeting the needs of TAR UMT students to improve students’ academic learning experience.
