Abstract

This project focuses on designing a point-to-point system for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) delivery drone. The main objective is to enable the drone to transport goods efficiently between two fixed locations. The process involves several key steps: identifying the delivery route, selecting suitable drone hardware such as frame, motors, battery, and flight controller, and integrating GPS modules for navigation accuracy. Next, software programming is carried out to definewaypoints, ensure autonomous flight, and incorporate safety features such as return-to-home and obstacle avoidance. Communication between the ground station and drone is established using wireless modules for real-time monitoring. Finally, testing and calibration are conducted to validate the performance of the system under various environmental conditions. The proposed step-by-step method offers a structured approach to implementing a reliable point-to-point delivery system, which can support applications in logistics, emergency response, and smart city development
