Abstract
The Task Schedule Management System (TSMS) is a cross-platform mobile application designed to help users efficiently manage their daily tasks and schedules using advanced AI and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Built with Dart for smooth deployment on both Android and iOS, the system leverages Firebase Firestore to store user data, including task lists, deadlines, and progress analytics, while Firebase’s real-time database powers collaborative features such as shared task groups and team management modules to promote productivity and teamwork. The application includes an AI-powered assistant that provides intelligent, context-aware reminders and task suggestions based on user priorities and habits. Users can track their productivity, maintain a digital task journal, and receive actionable insights to improve time management and goal achievement. Collaborative functionalities are enhanced through interactive group task management and team communication tools, fostering a well-connected and organized workflow environment. The system is designed with a strong emphasis on reliability, user-friendliness, and scalability, ensuring users stay consistently productive and motivated in managing their tasks and schedules.
