Abstract

This project presents the development of an AI-Based Sports Training and Performance Analysis System integrated with blockchain technology, aimed at providing highly personalized, secure, and adaptive training experiences for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Traditional sports training applications offer limited personalization and rely heavily on static workout programs, often neglecting real-time physiological changes and potential injury risks. To address these limitations, the proposed system leverages AI models to dynamically analyze user performance metrics, generate tailored training plans, and offer real-time feedback to optimize athletic performance. Blockchain technology is employed to enhance data security and integrity by recording training session summaries and performance metrics in an immutable, tamper-proof ledger. Additionally, the system introduces AI-driven injury risk prediction by analyzing data patterns and offering proactive suggestions to prevent potential injuries. Through the combination of machine learning, real-time data analysis, and secure data management, the proposed solution offers a significant improvement over existing applications, ensuring a smarter, safer, and more personalized training experience. This project follows an Agile development methodology, with system features designed for scalability, interoperability with APIs, and strict adherence to user data privacy and protection standards.
