Abstract

The main purpose of this project is to improve the exiting TARUC University College Email System functions and also to attract more students to use TARUC University College Email System. Before the new system develop, the project had been used few methods to gain what the additional features the users want actually on this system. The methods had been used that was included literature review, research, observation and interview. The all methods have been found that, most the users actually need the additional features included in the system which are Glossary of Contacts of All Staffs and Departments in the University College and University College Email Security. TARUC University College Email System was used C# with ASP.Net developed. For the database, that was used two difference types in this system which are SQL database and MongoDB database. The system designs are record using by the UML diagram which are Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram and Sequence Diagram. For the testing, that was design after the prototype is done. The testing was design into 3 types which are Functionality Testing, System Behavior Testing, and UI Testing. To make sure the TARUC University College Email System is more suitable to every users, experiment and questionnaire were distribute to respondents. The experiment and questionnaire are obtain the experience and opinion of the respondents by using the prototype. The final result shows that most respondents are strongly agree the additional features on TARUC University College Email System are helpful and convenient for them. The additional features of Glossary of Contacts of All Staffs and Departments in the University College and University College Email Security are more efficiency and secure
