Abstract

The artificial intelligent robot will become part of the society daily life. In future, artificial intelligent will play important role for the society. With that the artificial intelligent robot can be man's partner for entertainment and assistance. In this project is to study and research on the architecture and mechanical part of the robot. With that, a humanoid artificial intelligent robot is build with function that be able to verify and identify an image by the image processing function and spoken words by speech recognition function, a feedback and response will be show. Furthermore, in this project, a humanoid robot which named as AIVIAR (Artificial Intelligent Voice Image Action Robot) is successfully built. There are many functions that implement into AIVIAR. AIVIAR be able to verify and identify the image that show to AIVIAR through the webcam and AIVIAR will show some feedback and action like dancing and walking depends on the image. Besides that, A1 VIAR be able to do simple communication with human. For example, spoken words speech to AIVIAR by using microphone is the way of communication with AIVIAR. For the main locomotion of AIVIAR is walking. The walking step, centre of gravity, degree of freedom and the friction on ground need to take into consideration for perform a stable and smooth walking locomotion. Besides that, the locomotion and actions that AIVIAR can perform are dancing, walking, relax, hand waving, kung-fu, sit and stand. The action perform is depends by the signal received from image processing system and voice recognition system. With that, the aim and objective for this project is successful achieved.
