Abstract

The main purpose of this project is to fabricate a table tennis robot with extra features to let the players train alone. The first extra features of the table tennis robot compare to the other models available in the market is, it can be powered by powerbank. With the powerbank of capacity of 5000mah, the table tennis robot can last for around 6 hours. Secondly, the table tennis robot can generate side-spin as well as top spin, bottom spin and dead-spin. Besides, the degree of spin of balls, the feeding speed, shooting angle and shooting direction are all adjustable. It is also small in size and light weight (which is only 2.09kg) in order to let players easy to carry anywhere. The probability of the table tennis robot is only 10% at highest and it has capacity of 30 balls. The spinning speed of the balls is up to 30.42revolutions per second and the feeding speed is up to 100 balls per minute.
