Abstract
Covid-19 pandemic is happening around the world. Quarantine centers are set up by the government to keep the Covid-19 suspects and individuals who returned from other countries. This paper offers a solution for the quarantine center to manage the movement of the group to prevent them from leaving the quarantine center without permission. The proposed solution will be divided into two systems, which is GPS tracking and QR code identification system. GPS tracking allows the management to record the movement of the group if they appear at locations which have been banned by the management. Besides, the QR code will help to identify a person’s health status before letting him leave the quarantine center. The QR code can also be used by LRT management, condominium guards, supermarket owners, school janitors, etc. to decide whether to allow the QR code holder enter the premises.
