Abstract

The scenario that the vehicle stuck in the mud is often happen when vehicle get across it during rainy season. However, the existing products that available in the markets does not offer a convenient and simple solution to solve the scenario, also only a limited numbers of journal that able to discover about this aspect. Therefore, this project is important to fabricate an equipment that offer simple and convenient solution to solve that scenario, also provide the information about this aspect to public for further investigation. The project break down to several process such as planning, researching, prototyping and testing. The prototype which made by (PLA+) is fabricated by using 3D printing technology and undergoes experiment to test its performance except traction pad due to the level of research. As a result, the prototype provided a simple and faster approach where only 0.5Nm of torque and 34.1s required to produce 293.02N of tension to secure the system on the tire, otherwise only 11.2s required for removal process. Nonetheless, the prototype does not undergoes the practical testing to evaluate the functionality due to the limitation in level of research
