Abstract
In this study, an IoT-Based monitoring smart cooling system is being designed and implemented for PV panels in order to cool and optimize their efficiency of a PV panel. The system design is active water cooling for both sides of the PV panel. Besides, The data is collected using the IoT monitoring system and the result is analyzed between PV panels with and without the cooling system implemented. The analysis resulted in a 20.66% of Energy difference between the PV panel with and without the cooling system implemented. The effectiveness of the temperature range to trigger the Water pump was another focus of this study. A result of temperature between 36 to 42 degrees Celsius is found to be the most suitable range in our cases. Researchers may find this study useful in understanding how temperature affects the PV panel and as a guide for future research.
