All the corporations throughout the world are facing both opportunity and problems as a result of the current global economy. Therefore, the current corporations must stay agile to the quick change and transformation in order to have sustainable competitive advantages responding to the rapidly changing and high market expectations. It starts with a shift in the consumer's position, from isolated to connected, from uninformed to informed, and from passive to engaged. The reconfiguration of the competitive environment has created several uncertainties, forcing many existing corporations to adapt and learn to compete in the market. In this study, will investigate the factors affecting the intrapreneurship behaviour in the workforce among Malaysia in Klang Valley. The study employed a quantitative method and 401 respondents participated in this study. The questionnaires are distributed using a judgemental sampling technique technique and data is analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Other than that, this research will also investigate the intrapreneurship behaviour, which is the intention to recommend. Implementing this variable allows the researchers to investigate whether the Malaysians have intrapreneurship behaviour.
