Abstract

This paper focused to investigate the impact of international trade on economy growth in Malaysia. This paper examines the long run and short run relationship between GDP, FDI, SAVING and TAX REVENUE. Towards the objectives of this assignment, this paper employed unit root test, johansen test, VECM, granger causality test and diagnostic tests. It shows that there is long-run and short-run relationship between GDP and the others independent variables. The result shows they are significant in test but depends on long-run or short-run accordingly.
