Abstract
The title of this final year dissertation is Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of Thermal Properties of a Heat Sink Under the Influence of Fractal Turbulence. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of turbulence varied by fractal grid with different fractal iteration numbers on the thermal properties of heat sink. Next, to enhance the cooling ability of plate fin and pin fin heat sinks by investigating the convective heat transfer under fractal induced turbulence as opposed to regular grid turbulence. Additionally, to prevent overheating during the duration of air flow by using perforation on heat sinks under fractal turbulence, with the advent of smaller and more powerful electronic devices creating greater concentrations of heat dissipation. Product longevity and performance is valued due to this. The research outcomes reveal several noteworthy findings. In the context of system performance, the highest efficiency (
