Abstract

DIY Go-Kart is a mini kart that is known for its fun and entertaiment. This study identifies the performance and limitations of a DIY Go-Kart for using only two wheels and Hoverboard as its power source to operate. Step by step instructions detail the assembly process by explaining the functions of components like the chassis, axle, wheels and steering mechanism. Safety is paramount, and the DIY Go-Kart design includes essential features such as a roll-cage and reliable brakes. Throughout the construction, safety considerations are emphasized to ensure user well-being. The completed DIY Go-Kart undergoes testing on a designated track, assessing its performance, speed, maneuverability, and stability. Results will be demonstrated that the go Kart meets its design objectives, providing a thrilling and safe ride for its user. Overall, this project serves as an introductory exploration into the world of DIY engineering and mechanics. The following of provided instructions, beginners can gain valuable hands-on experience, foster creativity, and develop a deeper appreciation for the principles that govern vehicle design. The simplicity and affordability of the Go Kart project make it an accessible and rewarding endeavour.
