Abstract
The reason for me to choose this arduino fingerprint door lock with Iot system as my project is because most of the people now still using the tradisional door lock and key system.It’s really troublesome and inconvenient for us.For example,they easy affected by by physical or human damage, loss, and duplication.This paper inroduce the arduino fingerprint door lock system with IOT system.This system is designed by Arduino UNO R3 as a microcontroller,fingerprint scanner module AS608, solenoid lock and other related components.This paper will describe the basic principle for the door lock system.This fingerprint door lock system is unlock the door by verifying whether the user’s fingerprint matches the fingerprint in the system’s database, if the pairing is successful, it will be unlocked and the buzzer will activate in a short time to notify user the door is in unlock condition. When the pairing is fail, the door lock will remain locked condition,if user enter a wrong fingerprint a few times,then the buzzer will be activated to make a sound,thus providing a certain level of security.Lastly,the IoT system in this project is used to unlock and lock the door lock.This will make user can open the door by using phone.
