Abstract
Most of Malaysian love to ride motorcycle rather than drive car because motorcycle is more economic and save time in the traffic jam road condition. Unfortunately, with a long period of riding motorcycle and exposed to vibration will introduce a HAVS which will cause numbness and tingling in hands and fingers. This project has presents a new approach on the suppression of motorcycle handle vibration by using structural modification method. The natural frequencies are obtained in the modal analysis. The vibration result of the motorcycle handle is determined before and after structural modification. Hence, the 56.41% reduction vibration in motorcycle handle is obtained.
