Grit and sand separation machine and optimization of output is a machine that could sieve the sand out and categorized the size of rocks. This machine is a new idea which there is no such product could be found in the market. The objectives of this project is to invent a new machine that could separate sand and rocks and categorized rocks by size in one process. We also need to study and understand the mechanical knowledge and theory that could apply to the design machine. So we need study the related theory and design the machine in order to fulfill our objectives. This project in aim to help the industry to do the sand sieving and rocks categorizing at once. So the industry does not need to do the process separately. This could help the industry to save their cost and time. They could use their saved time to do more on production and earn more money. So firstly, i need to find out the theory and function that could combine to form the function that we want. So I need to find out any related product and study about the product so that I could abstract all the knowledge on it and apply on my idea. Secondly, we could start to design our machine after we had studied all the knowledge required. The machine could be well design if we apply on the important knowledge on it. Lastly would be the prototype building. After the prototype was done, then it will come to the stage of testing and experiment. Through the testing and experiment, the result obtained would shows the conclusion of the project whether it is an successful or failed project. Then I would come to an end of project
