Abstract
Healthy plant growth requires effective watering, but traditional watering methods can result in water waste, plant stress, and higher labor expenses. The goal of this project is to create an automated watering system that allows for remote monitoring and increases water efficiency. An ESP8266 NodeMCU, a relay-controlled water pump, an IoT platform via the Blynk application, and a soil moisture sensor are all included in the system's architecture. It allows customers to remotely monitor the system in real time while continuously monitoring soil moisture levels. When the moisture drops below an established limit, the pump is instantly activated. The findings demonstrate that the system effectively decreases water waste, lowers manual intervention, and keeps ideal soil moisture levels within the intended range. All things considered, the suggested system exhibits dependable performance and offers a useful, affordable, and user-friendly automated plant watering solution, making it appropriate for home gardening applications
