Abstract
This thesis is about the new idea of providing a solution on infamous issue which is global warming. The solution is to find an alternative way for conventional transportation by using fossil fuel. Vehicle uses fossil fuel and combust undesirable gas that causes global warming. The aim of the project was to design and build a prototype of alternative transportation which is Self Regenerative Hybrid bicycle. The first objective of this bicycle is it must be clean and harmless to the environment. Although there are many types of electric bicycle on the market but the speed and distance of running is not satisfactory, therefore the secondary objective of this project is to create a self regenerative or charging capabilities bicycle. The bicycle must be user friendly which consist of hybrid system, it allows the user to run on electric motor alone or by pedaling. The speed of the bicycle has to be decent to stand out from other kind of bicycle. The bicycle is definitely environmental friendly because it produce zero emission and thus harmless to the environment. The prototype and the idea of this project is called as Self-regenerative Hybird bicycle. This bicycle fulfilled the needs of zero emission and user friendly. The hybrid system of this bicycle allows the user to run the bicycle by electric motor alone or by pedaling but with one extra feature which is pedaling and run by electric motor at the same time.
