Abstract
This dissertation is about the software development of SCADA in FMS 200 with Microsoft Visual C# 2010. Design a user friendly graphically interface for SCADA software. A virtual working environment for FMS 200 machine will be constructed. Program the function for SCADA system. The Data log, Chart, Recipe, and Alarm Management will be integrated. Finally, establish a communication between SCADA and Visual Basic program to retrieve data from PLC.
