Abstract

In this new and intelligent world, with the several competitive has inspired me an idea to design a new thing in world which is automated punch and comb binding machine. My objective of the project is to design an automated punch and comb binding to replace manual and electric punch and comb machine. The machine can reduce human error, human power, long lasting, low cost and production with effectively and efficiently To develop it, a research of methodology has been done recruitment of the project. The author has selected solid work as design software and GX develop system to write the PLC programming. The authors are developing a fabrication system to complete the prototype process. Each step of fabrication is clearly defined and record in the report. After design concept are selecting, fabrication and assembled are start prototyping. After the fabrication, authors are carried out the testing and troubleshooting. From the testing result, authors are to do the discussion and recommendation in order to improve the prototype. Hence, our automated punch and comb binding machine is definitely new and advance technology.
