Abstract
In general, this thesis covered and discussed about how to construct an auto filling machine, where it involves the mechanical system. The mechanical system is the most important subpart in the construction. It allows easy compatibility when it comes to comparison with other subsystem, especially the control system. The development of auto filling machine might be key starting point from this thesis because of the essential subsystem of mechanical parts contained in this thesis. Mechanical design is not just about pure sketching like the old days. Mechanical design in the modern days requires complex undertaking, requiring a lot of skills and knowledge from different fields. Broad relationship needs to be subdivided into a series of simple task. The complexity in mechanical design requires step by step in which ideas and methods are brought in and practiced. Mechanical design also involves a lot of repeated process with different phase. Auto filling machine is always undergoing improvement in modern days. This project gives an opportunity to study on concept of filling machine thoroughly. The incredible implementation and usefulness of automated process allows humans to execute their time more precisely as well as saving cost. The auto filling machine will carry out this concept and contribute to society as well to encourage the process of automated filling. This will be encouraging for improvement and to make it locally manufactured in near future.
