Abstract

The aim of this project is to study about the design and program about the auto filling machine. The auto filling machine is operating under the control of computer, therefore time consumed and problems arising will be dramatically reduced. The introduction and objectives of this project and the factors of auto filling machine technology is presented in the first chapter. The details of designing the auto filling machine such as the technology used, programming software and electronic components are all included in chapter two. Chapter three is all about the methodology used for auto filing machine and also indicated the flow process. The program has to be downloaded to PLC device in order control all the movements and flow process. Details of the control system are briefly described in chapter four. At the end the program is tested successfully and achieved all the objectives. There are some recommendations for future development state in chapter five as well.
