Abstract

The aim of this project is to design and fabricate au automation feeding machine, which are use to feed the 25cm ><45cm of sheet metals into the other CNC Router to do the other process. This project will be assembly on the other project which is a lift up machine and become a completely feeding machine. The whole project is focuses on the automated feeding out rate of the feeding system, it must very accurately can feed out one piece of 0.6mm sheet metal at one time. So the important component will be the grip or friction rate of the roller using and the lift up system only can lift up around 0.6 mm per time. In the design part, the CAD software (SolidWorks) was used to generate the 3D design. In the fabrication part, the whole prototype has to fabricate and assembly out and used for feeding system, the Cnc Milling, Lathe, Turning was used in this progress. For the programming part, the system are used the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to automated run.
