Abstract

The "Solar Powered Air Cooling Car Ventilator" is an electronic device designed to cool down the interior of a car when parked under the hot sun. Not only it targets to lower down air temperature of a confined space whilst avoiding the usage of greenhouse gases, its source of power is also an additional point to its green concept which is powered by solar power. For this project, it will be divided into several parts: the concept, the circuitry of the regulator and the program of the regulator. "The concept" refers to the overall designing concept and the flow of the operating concept. Next, "the circuitry of the regulator" refers to the interactions and ideas of using the regarded electronic components. Meanwhile, "the program of the regulator" is defined by the program stored inside the microcontroller of the SNIPS. The voltage regulator worked as desired with some slight difference to be accounted for its impedance etc.. The project is more to conceptual rather than a product ready to be marketed. This is because there are still issues to be solved before it can be marketed directly, the issues include efficiency of solar panel, the overall product weight and mobility and consistency of the product. More advanced technologies and more research would be required to solve those issues.
