Abstract

Nuclear weapon is a kind of weapon use the enormous energy released by nuclear reactions to generate mass destruction to any life, building and environment. Also, an area where get bombarded by nuclear weapon will become an radioactive contaminated area and make that area become unsuitable for living due to radioactive contamination. The air and soil in the radioactive contaminated area contain multiple of small radioactive particles. Those radioactive particles will be adhere to people's clothing and skin and damage human cell. Therefore, people will be dead if expose in radioactive contaminated area. According to investigation, there are close to 15 thousand nuclear warheads in the world. These nuclear warheads able to destroy entire world multiple times. The possibility of nuclear war is still high due to politic issue. To prevent nuclear war, people awareness about nuclear war is important. Because, if there are more people know about the consequence of nuclear war, more people will be able to put pressure on the government to stop developing on nuclear weapon after realize the terrible of nuclear war. To achieve this, Pandora's Button, a 3D tower defense game is designed and developed. This game simulate the radioactive contamination scenario by using different nuclear weapons. To avoid violence content, zombies are included as a target which will get contaminated. Pandora's Button will be publish on personal computer platform and target on people who age between 12-21. This project had undergo black block testing and make sure there are no bug contained in the game.
