The results showed that experimental group has improvement of 41.71% in 1minute push up while control group had a decreased of 2.30%. For 1minute curl up, experimental group had an improvement of 37.92% while control group had as improvement of 18.37% only. As for 1minute squat, experimental group had an improvement of 31.81% while control group only improve 2.40%. Lastly, there were only 2.77% of improvement for sit and reach test for experimental group while for control group, there were a decrease in their result of 5.87%. In conclusion, there were no significant difference in the pre-test mean of push up, curl-up test, squat test and sit and reach test score between experimental group and control group and also in the mean of push up test, curl-up test, squat test and sit and reach test score between pre-test and post-test for control group but there were significant difference in the post-test mean of push up test, curl-up test, squat test and sit and reach test score between experimental group and control group and also in the mean of push up test, curl-up test, squat test and sit and reach test score between pre-test and post-test for experimental group.
