Abstract

Nowadays, there are multiple service application that available in the market and also different kinds of service provide application. Most of the application may looks familiar to everyone but there are less of them which are actually aim on the needs and requirements of public and could not fulfil their needs. The rise of information and communication technologies, there are many company that aims to develop application that can attract the public and provide maximum benefits to people. People nowadays actually hope the service there request can be provided to the doorstep and they can request any services without going out from their house. The main purpose to carry out this project to develop a community based online platform, ‘HELP’ is to provide various services to the public and also provide job opportunity for the people in an application. There are many services requested from the public but no application that actually can provide on demand service to them. There are also many people that lack of opportunity to have a job and this application can help them to provide job opportunity to them. The special features and functions in the system is that user can request schedule services or emergency services based on their requirement. Other than that, there are many different fields of services such as home service, event service, beauty and fitness service provided. Those services provided are some services that people might needed in their daily life and always used. The project covers much more function than this such as e-wallet function, tracking features also. As a conclusion, HELP allows people to use as a customer or service provider. They are able to switch the user role anytime and anywhere as long as they are willing to request service or provide service as they want. When the application is available online, this might bring much benefits to the public more than expected.
