Abstract

The main objective of this dissertation is to evaluate and examine the social perception and acceptance toward the 5G technologies implementation in the property market in Klang Valley. In order to successfully deploy 5G technologies into property market in Malaysia, the government need to maximise the awareness of citizens and to satisfy their needs regarding the new technologies in property market. Moreover, it is important to evaluate the consumers’ acceptance on new VR technologies while implementing it into the market. This study had conducted questionnaire survey to collect the opinions from public and service providers regarding the upcoming technologies in property market. This study begins from Literature Review that introducing the potential types and impacts of 5G technologies to be implemented in property market which had also deployed in other developed countries such as China, Korea, and United Kingdom. Then, the opportunities and challenges in deploying such technologies will be discussed in this chapter. Next, the chapter of Research Methodology will explain the ways to approach in data collection and tools of data analysis to be used in this study. Questionnaire survey is chosen to suits the objectives of this study. Both the consumers and service providers will be the targeted respondents of the questionnaire survey to achieve the objectives of the study.
