Abstract

This research is to analyze the usability and user experience of the selected AR mobile application through case study. The data has been analysed using content analysis to compare and understand the criteria to analyse usability and user experience of the mobile application. Inspection methods which are heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthrough and inquiry method which are questionnaires including System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) have been used throughout the research. These are the fastest, popular and simple method in evaluating usability. Nevertheless, from the finding in this study, it can be concluded that the researcher is able to understand and apply the heuristic usability on the mobile application as the criteria to evaluate the usability and user experience.
