Abstract

In this modern era, electronic procurement has changed the traditional process of procure-to-pay. All processes ranging from creating purchase requisition to payment have converted to electronic methods. Many large enterprises choose electronic procurement to manage their procurement process, in order to improve efficiency and security while improving internal transparency and reduce time costing. The scope that has been included in this project will be procure-to-pay processes, vendor maintenance, and creating a transparency-oriented platform for internal management. Methodology used in this project will be System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which starts from information and requirement gathering and ends with system testing. Tools used throughout the project are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visual Studio, XAMPP Server, NetBeans IDE, and Signavio workflow. Before launching this system, several tests have been undergone, including unit test, integration test and system testing are conducted to ensure that the system meets all the functional and non-functional requirements.
