Nowadays, issues about the inequality between reward and performance for most of the staff around the world is getting normalize in the society. In Malaysia, we would realize that there was actually quite number of people around always complaining about the inequality issue but until now it is still not being solved and this had brought bad impact to the industry since their performance will be decrease due to loss of the motivations in their job. Based on research, the use of technology able to keep the data and records integrity and also increase the performance for most of the industry. Thus, the solution of the tasking management system had come out to solve this problem. The methodology used to develop the system is waterfall model because it is easy to implement and also suitable for small-sized and well-structured project. The system had unit testing on the criteria of ‘completeness’ and also integration testing to ensure all modules work within the system. Tasking management system can systemize the process of task assignation and make the process visible and solid. Thus, staffs can use all those records from the system to generate graphical report to fight for what they deserved based on their performance.
