Abstract

This project is carried out in order to provide solutions for packaging beverages manufacturers / distributors of small to medium sized companies. The solutions we provide are the Merchandising Sales Application which focuses on improving and decreasing the workload of the merchandisers when they are performing their merchandising processes. The application would be able to substitute and remove redundant processes such as paperwork and at the same time provide real time and up-to-date information. There are a total of 5 modules, Merchandising Module, Sales Module, Data Review Module, Admin Module and Report Module for our whole project including the web and mobile applications. We had applied the agile development methodology for our whole project in order to ensure that our project is able to be completed on time, following the right scope and maintaining quality. Multiple useful tools and services are used to develop the application and to complete the project such as Apache Netbeans, XAMPP, Android Studio.
