It seeks to investigate the mediating effect of rational decision-making styles on this relationship. By elucidating these dynamics, the research aims to contribute to the understanding of organisational behaviour within the Malaysian context and provide insights for organisational leaders and policymakers. The collected data was further analysed using statistical tools of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Partial Least Squares Path Modelling Method with Smart-PLS.
