Abstract
The electric coconut scraping machine is designed to replace the traditional coconut scraping machine. The process of the electric coconut machine offers significant efficiency improvements in processing. Using electric power, this machine streamlines the scraping process while ensuring consistent quality and output. In Malaysia, many of the foods are made with scrapped coconut to make them more delicious. So, the design of the electric coconut scraping machine will be more and more on the market. Then, this project is to make a coconut scraping machine that is different from the machine on the market. This project introduces an automated coconut scraping machine designed to improve both efficiency and safety. The machine operates using a capacitive proximity sensor and an on/off switch to control the motor. When the switch is turned on and the sensor detects the present of a coconut, the motor is triggered to activate the scraping operation. For enhanced safety, a protective cover is incorporated to prevent accidental contact with the scrapper, reducing the risk of injury. The combination of sensor-based automation and manual control ensures that the motor only runs when needed, making the scraping process both convenient and secure. This innovative system offers a more efficient, user-friendly, and safe solution for household and small-scale commercial coconut scraping tasks.
