Abstract
The objective of this project is to establish an extensive membership and rewards system at 1977 Ipoh Chicken Rice, a well-known eatery that needs help with client retention and marketing efficacy. The effort aims to foster customer membership, improve marketing prospects, and stimulate revenue development for sustained business success in the fiercely competitive restaurant sector by utilising data-driven insights and customised products. The project's scope includes creating an integrated communication system, a centralised membership and rewards system platform for customer data management, and a membership structure with increasing perks. Personalised marketing campaigns based on customer insights, operational workflow automation, and performance tracking tools are some of the key characteristics. The project uses a structured waterfall process that includes phases for rigorous testing, deployment, system design, implementation employing agile principles, and in-depth requirement analysis. For thorough fact-finding, methods such as stakeholder interviews, observations, surveys, and existing data analysis are used. Robust testing, encompassing unit, integration, system, security, and user acceptability testing, will be conducted on the membership and rewards system. Functional requirements, performance, usability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives are among the important assessment categories. In 1977, Ipoh Chicken Rice, a successful project implementation, is anticipated to increase consumer loyalty and retention rates greatly. In addition to improving the entire eating experience and fostering a sense of community, data-driven personalisation and special membership incentives will also raise customer engagement and income. The restaurant is positioned for continuous growth in the competitive business thanks to the membership and rewards system, even though an initial investment is needed. The long-term advantages are expected to offset the expenses.
