Abstract
The Human Resource Administrative System for Tadika Irama Preschool aims to modernize and streamline the management of staff information by replacing traditional, manual methods. The existing process, which relies on paper documents and punch card systems, is inefficient and prone to errors. This project addresses these issues by developing an online platform that offers various modules, including user profiles, payslips, forms for leave and claims, and claim benefits management. The system will enhance the administrative staff's ability to manage employee data accurately and efficiently. The project scope includes comprehensive features such as secure user authentication, detailed personal information management, automatic payslip generation, leave and claim submission, and a communication system for handling claims and benefits. Each module is designed to facilitate ease of use and accessibility for both staff and administrators, ensuring that sensitive information is protected and easily retrievable. The methodology adopted for this project is the waterfall approach, encompassing phases of planning, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Tools and techniques used include UML for system modeling, C# for implementation, and rigorous testing protocols to ensure system reliability and performance. Testing criteria involve functional testing to verify that each module operates correctly, usability testing to ensure the system is user-friendly, and security testing to safeguard against unauthorized access. The results indicate that the system significantly improves data management efficiency, reduces paperwork, and minimizes errors. However, some challenges remain, such as ensuring the system's adaptability to future needs. In conclusion, the Human Resource Administrative System for Tadika Irama Preschool successfully addresses the inefficiencies of the current manual process, offering a robust solution that enhances data accuracy and administrative productivity. This project not only benefits the preschool's staff management but also sets a foundation for further technological advancements in the institution's administrative functions.
