Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is developing at a rapid pace, and this has profoundly changed several sectors, including healthcare. Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven healthcare chatbot systems have surfaced as promising instruments to improve patient care, expedite administrative procedures, and better healthcare delivery in general in this digital age. This project offers a thorough examination of an AI-powered healthcare chatbot system that can help with appointment booking, symptom analysis, and individualised medical support. The suggested system seeks to enable users to conveniently obtain healthcare information, receive timely medical advice, and effectively manage their health-related duties by utilising leading-edge artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and natural language processing techniques. This project discusses the architecture, functionalities, and potential benefits of the proposed system, highlighting its role in revolutionising the healthcare landscape by leveraging AI technology to deliver personalised, accessible, and efficient healthcare services.
