Abstract
Lion dance is a traditional Chinese performance introduced to Malaysia by early Chinese immigrants. It symbolized good luck, prosperity, and the removal of negative energy. The dance combines martial arts, acrobatics, and expressive movements, and is commonly performed during Chinese New Year festivals and special celebrations.
