Abstract

The title of my project is to design and fabricate the auto mechanical sprayer's cart using ISO 9001 QMS requirements. The objectives of the project are to fabricate an auto mechanical sprayer's cart and to test the performance of the auto mechanical sprayer. The design process was done according to ISO 9001 QMS requirements. In this ISO 9001 QMS, the author and his project partner had set the designing requirements for the prototype. The information of literature review include nozzle, pesticide, valves, pump system, slider crank mechanism. The analysis of the prototype design was also being done by using Solidwork Program. It includes force analysis results, gravity test analysis and motion of the moving components. Fabrication was done by the author and his partner together. Tests were also being carried out by the author and his project partner to ensure the prototype can run smoothly. Tests include spray distance, amount of water carried by the cart, frame test, leakage test, and functionality of gear.
