Abstract

digital economy toward its 2030 goals. In this era of digital transformation, the demand for highly skilled employees and employers is increasing, with a significant emphasis on cultivating technopreneurs. However, many students face challenges in becoming future 2030, there is an emphasis on equipping students with the necessary skills to navigate the economy, addressing the gap in understanding how to become successful technopreneurs. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design, utilising a questionnaire to gather data from 380 respondents, analysed through SPSS and SmartPLS software. Drawing on evidence from literature, the study identifies three pillars of digital academic entrepreneurship Individual Characteristics, Cultural Characteristics, and Knowledge Sharing which are significantly related to Technopreneurial Intention. The findings suggest that these digital soft skills positively influence Technopreneurial Self-Efficacy. Furthermore, the moderated mediation effect of Students' Readiness through Technopreneurial outcomes underscores the importance of readiness in shaping students' technopreneurial intentions. The research provides valuable insights for stakeholders, toward becoming a high-income nation by 2030.
