Abstract

The important part for this project is the cooling of the water temperature. If the water cannot be cooled down, then the whole system is useless where the processor temperature will keep raising and spoil the computer. This has shown that the core material of this project is the ultrasonic humidifier where it used to cool down the water temperature. Besides the humidifier, the pump is important equipment too in order to make the flow complete. If the flow is not complete, it won't be able to cool down the processor as the water is steadily at the same place and without going into the humidifier for cooling process.
